Comments: Dear Atlanta Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning,
Recently, I decided to use my fireplace for heat this winter. This fireplace has a stove insert and it had not been used for at least 10 years! So, I started a search for a Chimney sweep and found your company to have to most knowledgeable and courteous phone staff in this area. The price was also good: not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive with a lot of hype, and you offered me a special. That special, during this time in our economy when every penny counts, made a big difference to me. The other major difference was that you were ready and able to send out a technician immediately- when it was convenient for my schedule! I was impressed!

Idan came out, and did the work efficiently and effectively, and when he left, I could not tell that he\’d been there. (That by the way is a good thing- he did not make any mess!!)

Your prompt and courteous staff, your state of the art equipment, the simplicity and ease of execution made my first chimney sweep experience one that will call for repeat business and referrals to all my friends.

Thank you so much- your company\’s customer service goes beyond the call of duty compared to other companies.

Comments: We had a problem with our dryer duct being clogged with lint. Our clothes were not drying in the dryer. I called this company,and they gave us same day service. The men were nice, funny, and more importantly….did a great job. If all companies could be this quick, prompt, and courteous… Pros: Quick, Great price, nice

Comments: The technicians were in uniform. They were very polite and careful. They answered all my questions. Gave me a great deal on all the services. Asked me if I was satisfied with the work they did before they left my home. I definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Comments: This guy was clean cut and on the job as scheduled. He arrived with the right equipment and chemicals to remove some unattractive spots and overall cleaning of carpets in two rooms in our house. Pros: Spots removed, carpet cleaned and carpets were not left in a damp condition. Cons: None

Comments: Wow: Our carpets were heavily stained. My husband told the crew, do the best that you can. Well to our surprise they came out 100% cleaner carpets when they were done, the carpets look like new again. The crew was incredibly efficient, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the services of Atlanta Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning .

Comments: I had a very good experience with the Atlanta Carpet & AirDuct cleaning company. I have two little ones at home. You can image how messy and dirty our carpet at home. My friend recommend this company to me. So I called them. They are very nice and set up for the next day service. The people came in on time and did their job professionally. They cleaned it thoroughly and I was amazed the carpet looks like new. The price is reasonable. The bill is easy to read and itemize all the detail charges. I am happy with that .The customer service is friendly.

Comments: I was having allergic problems and they figured out what was wrong and cleaned and changed both my carpet and my air vents. I appreciated their services.
